Chrysler PCMs and the intricacies of programming them can be a tricky business. In this month’s iATN spotlight, Michael from New Jersey provides tips related to used PCM calibration that could save you some time and money. As he notes, “the programming is a one way process; once programmed to one of the 8 calibrations, there is no return to either the universal status or another calibration.” While the permanent nature of the calibration was later debated in the thread, the consensus was that modifying the calibration, even if possible, took serious effort. So, if you are working with used Chrysler PCM modules, this is a great tip to keep in mind:
