Clore Automotive Warranty Periods
Clore Automotive products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the Warranty Period set forth in the chart below. All Warranty Periods are from the date of purchase (dated sales receipt required). The Clore Automotive Guarantee is not extended to products which, in Clore’s sole judgment, have been misused, abused or modified from their original state.
The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether oral, written, expressed, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

Seeking Warranty Service
If a product from one of the above listed product categories fails due to a defect in material or workmanship within the period specified above, it is eligible for warranty service/satisfaction. The method of service varies based on the product category the product falls into, as outlined above.

Definitions:
Over-the-Counter Exchange – Product can be exchanged by reseller during the OTC period. Product can also be sent to Clore Automotive.
Clore Service Network – Product should be serviced at a Clore Authorized Warranty Repair Center.

Out-of-Warranty Repair
Some Clore products can be repaired after the warranty period has ended. This service is limited to specific product categories. Portable jump starters, commercial jump starters and PRO-LOGIX wheel chargers are eligible for out-of-warranty repair service. The repair method matches that of the warranty repair method:

- PRO-LOGIX Wheel Chargers – Clore Service Network*
*Clore Automotive is one of the many Authorized Repair Center locations and serviceable products can always be sent to Clore for out-of-warranty repair service.
Initiate a Repair Service Coupon Out-of-Warranty Repair
Select Jump-N-Carry and Light-N-Carry models are equipped with a Repair Service Coupon, which enables the product to get a one-time, fixed-fee out-of-warranty repair or replacement. All Repair Service Coupon service is done at Clore Automotive. Repair Service Coupon service requests require the presentation of the original coupon (no photocopies are allowed), the product Model Number must match the model number reflected on the coupon provided and payment for the nominal coupon amount must be provided in advance.
Note: The coupon has no expiration. The only requirement (beyond the above requirements) is that the vintage of the coupon must match the vintage of the unit presented for repair.

Initiate a Fixed Rate Out-of-Warranty Repair
Booster PAC and Jump-N-Carry jump starter models are eligible for fixed rate repair. These repairs are offered as a service to our valued customers, but often the cost of pursuing a non-coupon, out-of-warranty repair is not worthwhile.
