Spinning Key is More Than it Seems

Most of the time when we reference a no-start situation, it is in the context of an electrical system problem, such as a defective battery, poor ground connections or other problem with the movement of electrons through the system. Often, resolving such no-start issues involves a game of detective work. This month’s iATN post is a reminder that looking beyond the obvious is essential in mechanical failures just as much as when dealing with an electrical fault. Geoff from Hawaii walks us through a Lexus LX470 repair that required him to dig to find the root cause of a spinning key.
